Got it!

Paid the rest of the deposit today for the house, so we move in July 14th! Feeling blessed, excited and altogether nervous! So my dreaming and planning can be let loose ;)

Cuckoo Clocks

I rather like cuckoo clocks, but definitely the NON traditional type. I can't stand the wooden carved ones... just isn't me. (No offence to those who do!) We have a total of two clocks in our house and now that we're moving, I foresee the need to get another one. Having a surf around produced some great results!

MOMA's Online shop has this great one by Tobias Reischle. Way too expensive for us at $395!

This Elle DeVilla in the EleCoo Clock from Luna Baby Products LLC would so go in the red and white bedroom I'm planning for H. Utterly adorable at $49.95.

Would love to have this one in the planned study. VERY expensive for us at $1015 (excluding delivery). The Sunflower Birch Clock from the Conran Shop. Maybe something on eBay will pop up!

This Little Big TIme Clock by Karlsson sold at the Conran Shop is so quirky it is gorgeous! $45 excluding shipping. Except funny ol' me likes having numbers/dots to save me from guessing :)

Oooh and I do love this simple Cuckoo Clock White Half Time by Diamantini & Domeniconi, Italy. Again, expensive at $250 from The Conran Shop.

You gotta love Walmart for their pricing of this Retro Cuckoo Clock! (Pity they're not in Australia!) Only at $14.88 (not available online).

Of course there are heaps more, but well... these are the few I've been able to picture in my new home.

Poppy & Summertime

I love paint swatches. Everytime I get to Bunnings, I collect paint swatches (so now I have a huge pile of the same colours.. heh!).

Went to Ikea last weekend and picked up a yellow frame (among other things!). Got all crafty and finally got a project done that I've wanted to do for a long time for my yellow office wall.
